Instead, we act as a middle-layer automation panel that sends user orders to connected third-party API providers or resellers for processing and fulfillment.
Because of this, once an order is placed and processed via our API system, it cannot be reversed, modified, or cancelled once the third-party provider has accepted it.
Refunds are only possible in limited and clearly defined situations. We issue refunds only to your YT SMM Panel wallet balance, never to external bank accounts, PayPal, or crypto wallets.
