Our goal is to maintain complete transparency and fairness for all customers while protecting the platform against misuse, fraud, and unrealistic refund demands.

1. Purpose of This Policy

The purpose of this Refund Policy is to clearly define:

  • When a user is eligible for a refund
  • When a refund cannot be issued
  • How refund credits are processed
  • Wallet fund usage and expiry terms
  • Our responsibilities as a digital API-based service provider

This policy forms a legally binding part of our overall Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of Our Services

YT SMM Panel provides automated social media marketing (SMM) services through secure API integrations. We do not host or generate the social media metrics (such as views, likes, or subscribers) ourselves. Instead, we act as a middle-layer automation panel that sends user orders to connected third-party API providers or resellers for processing and fulfillment.

Because of this, once an order is placed and processed via our API system, it cannot be reversed, modified, or cancelled once the third-party provider has accepted it.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only possible in limited and clearly defined situations. We issue refunds only to your YT SMM Panel wallet balance, never to external bank accounts, PayPal, or crypto wallets.

Refund eligibility applies when:

  • The ordered service fails to start within the maximum delivery timeframe specified on the order page.
  • The order is stuck in "Processing" or "Pending" status beyond the stated delivery period.
  • The API provider cancels or rejects the order due to a technical fault on their end.
  • The order was charged incorrectly or duplicated due to a system error on our platform.

In such cases, the refunded amount is credited back to your panel wallet balance, which can be used for future orders.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We value honesty and transparency; however, refunds cannot be issued under the following circumstances:

Incorrect URL or Username Provided

If the customer provides the wrong profile link, post URL, video ID, or username, no refund will be issued. Our system automatically processes orders using the data you submit.

Content Changed or Deleted

If your content (e.g., video, post, or profile) is deleted, made private, or restricted during or after order delivery, we cannot provide a refund.

Service Fully or Partially Delivered

Once an order has started or been marked as delivered, no refunds will be issued—even if the results fluctuate over time.

Violation of Platform Policies

If your social media account violates platform guidelines and gets banned, hidden, or restricted, we are not responsible. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

Third-Party Interference

If you use multiple SMM panels or services simultaneously for the same link, resulting in delivery conflicts or inaccuracies, we cannot refund those orders.

Unverified or Fraudulent Payment Attempts

Payments flagged as suspicious, fraudulent, or disputed via your payment gateway are not eligible for refunds.

Delays Due to Platform Updates or Server Errors

Minor delivery delays due to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or other platform algorithm changes are outside our control and not refundable.

5. Refund Mode and Processing

  • All refunds are credited to your internal YT SMM Panel wallet only.
  • No bank transfer, PayPal refund, or crypto reversal will be made under any circumstance.
  • Wallet credits can be reused for future orders on our platform only.
  • Wallet refund requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days after verification.
  • Once funds are credited back to your wallet, they are considered final and non-transferable.

6. Wallet Funds & Expiry

When you add funds to your YT SMM Panel account:

  • The funds remain active in your wallet for 30 calendar days from the date of addition.
  • If funds are not used within this 30-day period, we are not liable to refund, re-credit, or extend wallet validity.
  • Wallet balance is non-withdrawable and can only be used for placing orders.
  • Any unused balance after the 30-day window is automatically forfeited for system maintenance and accounting compliance.

We recommend using your added funds promptly to avoid wallet expiry.

7. Order Delivery Discrepancies

If your order appears as "completed" but results seem lower than expected, please:

  1. Check the minimum and maximum delivery speed mentioned on the service page.
  2. Wait the full delivery window before contacting support.
  3. Provide screenshots or video proof within 48 hours of order completion if the issue persists.

Our team will investigate by contacting the relevant API provider. If the provider confirms a genuine failure, the equivalent value will be refunded to your panel wallet.

8. Cancellations

  • Order cancellation is only possible before the order is sent to the external API provider.
  • Once the API call is made, the order enters an irreversible processing stage.
  • Cancellations requested after processing or fulfillment are not eligible for refunds.
  • If cancellation is possible (e.g., technical fault or duplicate entry), the funds will be re-credited to your wallet.

9. Disputes and Chargebacks

All payment and refund-related matters must be handled directly through YT SMM Panel's support team, not through payment gateways. Attempting chargebacks or false claims violates our Terms and may result in legal action to recover damages and chargeback fees.

10. Technical Glitches & API Errors

Our platform depends on third-party APIs for order fulfillment. Although we take utmost care to maintain stable integrations, occasional disruptions or downtimes may occur.

In case of API malfunction or server outage:

  • Pending orders will be placed on hold until restoration.
  • Affected users may receive partial refunds (wallet credit) if service completion becomes impossible.
  • We are not liable for losses, delays, or incomplete results caused by such third-party API failures.

11. Policy on Bonus or Promotional Credits

Bonus amounts, coupons, or promotional wallet credits cannot be converted into cash or withdrawn. These are non-refundable and expire automatically within the promotional period. If you place an order using bonus credits, no refunds are applicable for that portion of the payment.

12. Refunds for API/Reseller Users

If you use our API key to connect YT SMM Panel to your own reseller system:

  • You must test all endpoints before placing bulk orders.
  • Refunds will only apply to failed API requests due to our system error, not configuration mistakes on your side.
  • All reseller transactions are bound by the same refund conditions as regular users.

13. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate URLs, usernames, and public content.
  • Ensuring that the target content remains public and accessible during the delivery process.
  • Avoiding duplicate or overlapping orders for the same content.
  • Using the services for lawful, ethical, and educational purposes only.

We are not liable for losses caused by user negligence or incorrect data submission.

14. Our Rights and Limitations

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this Policy.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that misuse our platform for repeated refund claims or policy violations.

We are a service automation intermediary, not the creator of social media engagement. Refunds are therefore limited to scenarios under our direct control.

15. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

  1. Go to Support → Submit Ticket in your YT SMM Panel dashboard.
  2. Provide your Order ID, date of purchase, and proof of issue.
  3. Describe the issue clearly (e.g., "order not delivered," "stuck," "cancelled").
  4. Wait for support verification within 1–3 business days.
  5. If approved, the refund will be credited to your panel wallet within the next 24 hours.

Please do not initiate chargebacks or disputes while a refund request is under review.
